General Manager

Job Description : GM CANADA Open to candidates worldwide to lead a major seafoods operation. This role will be leading 3 sites. Managing all operational, engineering, production and facilities. Leading all supply chain, and distribution for this chilled and frozen operation. The 3rd site will be a 300K sq'ft state of the art facility both chilled and frozen that needs managing and guidance for completion in November 2024. The business is a $350M fast paced operation selling Into the Foodservice, Retail, HORECA channels. A profile who has led chilled and frozen large complex food production operations with a focus on operations and supply change and optimisation. Salary $240,000 + 20% Bonus + Executive Car + LTIP.
