Job Description : SVP – Project Development, Engineering and Execution - Renewable Energy Projects Leading Philippine Power Generation IPP Focus on Renewable Energy Projects – Solar + BESS - 3GW Project Key Corporate Leadership Opportunity reporting to President Seeking Experienced Expatriate & Local Philippine Candidates Metro Manila, Philippines one of the leading and well-regarded Philippine Power Generation IPP’s with a history of successful Power Plant Developments within the Philippines. With the projected growth in both electricity demand within the Philippines and the urgency to broaden their Generation Capability to encompass Renewable Energy Technologies, they seek an experienced Senior Executive with specific experience in the Development, Engineering and Construction Management of Renewable Energy Power Plants (Solar, Wind, BESS etc.). Reporting to the Project Director (Renewable Projects), the role’s prime objectives are to work within the Senior Executive Team to develop Power Generation Projects (RE Emphasis) and to directly provide overall direction and management of your team of Project, Engineering and Construction Management specialists that are tasked to provide technical and execution support throughout the development and delivery of Renewable Energy Projects from inception through feasibility, development and construction and then turnover to the O&M & Commercial teams. Ideally candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering with an MBA or Master’s in finance being well regarded. We seek at least 15 years’ experience in Renewable Energy Projects (Solar, Wind, BESS), along with 7 years in Executive Level roles. This experience must also include Energy Project Development and Execution, preferably for full life-cycle project delivery from pre-development/project feasibility to Construction, Testing and Commissioning. Exposure to Power Plant O&M will be well regarded.
