Job Description : MD BUILDING MATERIALS GURGAON · Qualifications : Masters in Marketing · Experience : 15+ years · Language : English, Hindi · Other skills : · Knowledge in the building material industry · Absolute customer orientation · Strong leadership qualities accompanied by strong work ethics · Highly organized and proactive nature · Willing to travel in the relevant markets to work with our clients and vendors aiming for the best service and sales result · Job Description:- · Oversee business operations and provide strategic leadership, and manage P&L for the organization. · The MDs responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies. · Maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders, and driving organizational success. · Maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives. · Provide leadership and vision to the organization. · Developing, implementing and controlling growth strategies. · Creating and managing budgets and improving revenue. · Researching and identifying growth opportunities. · Ensure vendor and client integrity as analytical information. · Monitoring and understanding political, sectoral and technological developments which will impact the relevant market sector. · Set performance expectations and monitor training processes to the staff. · Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's operations and personnel. · Analyzing accounting and financial data · Representing the organization to industry bodies, public agencies and the media · Generating reports and presenting to the superior on all of the above · Set up and maintain the supply chain in between enterprises and suppliers · Do the planning and forecasting · Hands-on, high Integrity, ready to "own" the business
