Chief Commercial Officer

Job Description : CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER RIYADH KSA As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and operations across various channels like modern trade, e-commerce, exports etc. The role plays a pivotal role in establishing the building blocks for establishing the brand presence, driving sustainable growth, opening new market and ensuring the commercial success of the organization. Based on market insights you are actively involved with product development teams as well. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 18+ years of senior leadership experience in commercial roles within the consumer goods industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies. Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fluency in English and Arabic
