Job Description : Head Commercial - Indonesia Plant A leading industrial conglomerate is on the lookout for a dynamic Head Commercial to join their team in Indonesia. Key Responsibilities: Annual Financial Budgeting: Spearhead bottom-up financial analysis, model individual inputs, and shape company-level budgets. Finance and Accounting: Oversee fiscal reporting, enhance operating efficiencies, and collaborate with audit agencies for annual financial audits. General Procurement: Optimize pricing and supply terms, manage capital expansion procurement, and oversee matters related to stores, warehouse, and customs. Tax Planning: Structure comprehensive tax planning strategies to avail of incentives and optimize tax filings. Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard financial assets. Qualifications: CA or MBA (Finance) or suitable Finance Degree. Minimum 15 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, with preference for those with experience in the Medical Device industry.
