Experience in managing accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and tax functions ???? Excellent understanding of financial regulations in Tanzania and East Africa ????Ability to lead and manage a team ???? Proficiency in English (Must) and Russian (Plus) ????Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ???? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software ???? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ???? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ???? Certification in accounting/finance practices and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred ???? Experience working in the trading or agriculture sectors is a plus
