Job Description : Business Head - East Africa This position is for the largest and a very reputed Cosmetics Company. The company is the leading producer of Petroleum Jelly, consumer care products, Hand & Body Creams & Lotions, Talcum Powders, etc. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with MBA Experience: Minimum 15 -20 years in Cosmetics/ FMCG Industry Age Group 40 - 45 yrs. The incumbent will be heading the Organisation & will be responsible for all functions and will be responsible for achieving Business Plans & objectives with the help of other Functional Heads. This is a strategic role which the person should be able to manage and motivate team effectively in a focused manner. Strong analytical & strategic thinking ability is a must..
