Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager Bhujia and Snack Food : Fiji Island · Manage Quality Standards, regulatory procedures, food laws and work closely with procurement, QA and production. · Manage new product development from theoretical recipe to lab prototype and final product and adopt new technology based on feasibility. · Build up a strong product development team in terms of technical knowledge and working skills. Responsible for formulation of recipes and costing. · Overall, in charge of the production at the plant. · Provide necessary technical support to the sales and marketing team. · Complete follow-up, status, execution of planned projects and maintain documentation. · Engage suppliers and maintain update of database and new ingredients or raw materials, available in the market. · Understand competition advancement and create revolutionized products that could raise volumes in sales in the market. · Developed products should cross sensory parameters post application testing. Candidate Requirement: · A Degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or Nutrition. · 10 years of experience in similar field.
