Job Description : COO BANGLADESH Manage a green field steel project, and ensure a total flexibility in operations through selection of proper combinations of machinery to minimize capital investment. Lead both the plant of Rolling Mill and Steel Melt Shop (SMS). Oversee the whole plant operation and giving technical support to Rolling Mill Plant and Steel Melt Shop (SMS) Plant. Managing operations of SMS, Rolling Mills Projects with the capacity of 1.5 Million tons per annum. Lead the operations of integrated steel plant with 1.5 million ton capacity (manufacturing of TMT rods, etc. Lead the Erection, commission and stabilize the 1.5 MTPA steel melting shop • Supervise P&L Management for whole steel business Lead the Contract Negotiations with Vendors like Danieli, Italy 25 Years + multifarious experience in renown steel industry in India and abroad. Special focus on Plant operations, Maintenance, Product development. Experience of Plant Operation/production through EAF LRF VD CC Experience in Process control, and Quality Assurance at every stage of manufacturing, as stated above.
