Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company to ensure proper internal control within the system 2. Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation 3. Predicting future financial trends 4. Should have sound Knowledge about various Negotiable Instruments and its utilization 5. Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. to management with insights to identify trends and future outlook 6. Developing long-term business plans based on these reports and other parameters 7. Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets 8. Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk, operational risk and other risks 9. Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement 10. Prepare financial feasibilities for new investments 11. Take initiatives to control cost and monitor it against budget 12. Prepare costing of a product to determine selling price and assess profitability 13. Deep understanding of accounting standards and its compliance 14. Deep understanding of direct and indirect tax and its compliance 15. Managing working capital of the company, preparing cash flow forecast and utilizing the company’s fund effectively 16. Liaison with the internal and external auditor 17. Liaison with the banker and insurance company 18. Should Have Good Communication skill in English 19. Must be a Good Team Leader and should mentor the team of accountants 20. Should be able to communicate with inter department heads 21. Must have knowledge about TRADE FINANCE
