Job Description : E-commerce Manager Manager for a Dubai-based MNC company in Bangladesh Salary range USD 6000- USD 7000 PM +Tax free+Free Accommodation+Medical+ Car& Driver+ 2 times tickets to home Responsibilities: 1. Traffic Acquisition and Conversion: o Manage all aspects of online activity related to traffic acquisition, sales, and conversion. o Conduct A/B testing and provide comprehensive reports on performance metrics. o Develop and implement an effective e-commerce strategy to enhance overall website performance. o Execute and implement changes required for marketing and promotional campaigns. 2. Website Enhancement: o Collaborate with developers to optimize website speed and ensure a seamless user experience. o Re-platform the website to a new CMS, making it mobile-capable. 3. Customer Engagement and Loyalty: o Redefine and activate loyalty programs to foster customer retention. o Utilize automated push emails, SMS, and other touchpoints to engage with the user base. o Prepare and distribute relevant newsletters on a regular basis. 4. Marketing Team Collaboration: o Work closely with the marketing team or manage digital marketers to enhance the quality and acquisition of website traffic. 5. User Behavior Analysis: o Analyze user behaviour and provide recommendations to improve the overall user experience and journey. 6. Market Research and Trend Analysis: o Conduct market research to identify new trends and technologies, incorporating them to enhance website performance. 7. Digital Marketing Oversight: o Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates, and email marketing. o Develop a content calendar and supervise website uploads and landing page development. 8. Performance Reporting and Analysis: o Report on performance metrics and establish regular analyses of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). o Benchmark competition and international best practices. 9. Team Management: o Help build and manage a customer support team. o 10. F-Commerce Development: o Strategically develop F-Commerce sales channels. Requirements: · Team Management: Proven experience in managing marketing and tech teams. · Strategy Development: Demonstrated experience in developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies. · Technical Proficiency: Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis. · Background: Marketing and tech background. · Skills: Proficient in UX, Google Analytics. Proficient in UX, Google Analytics. Experience with Shopify CMS, Wagtail CMS (a plus). · Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display, and affiliate marketing. · Technical Knowledge: Understanding of attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, and traffic analysis.
