Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI A growing commodity trading firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will be instrumental in developing and managing the annual budgeting process, providing accurate financial forecasts to support decision-making. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing and monitoring financial controls to mitigate risks associated with commodity trading activities. This role also involves managing cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives. Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, providing accurate financial forecasts to support decision-making Implement and monitor financial controls to mitigate risks associated with commodity trading activities Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives Ensure compliance with tax regulations and work closely with external tax advisors to optimise the company's tax position Coordinate external audits, ensuring timely completion and adherence to audit requirements Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within a commodity trading environment (preferably in agriculture) Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements Experience in developing budgets and financial forecasts Ability to implement robust financial controls Experience in managing cash flow, working capital, and liquidity Knowledge of tax regulations and experience working with external tax advisors
