Job Description : CEO TANZANIA FOR FMCG Complete responsibility and in charge of the relevant Group companies and subsidiaries in East Africa. 2. Development, review and refinement of the Company's business strategy, and execution of that strategy to obtain a leading position in the market. 3. The CEO will act as the face of the company, develop new customers and channels to market and manage existing customer and channel partner relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure that overall revenue and profit goals are achieved, and shareholder value is delivered. 4. While all aspects of the Company's business require focus; Oral and Body care business growth and profitability is especially important to the long-term success. Target to make White Dent a market leader across East Africa in the next 5 years. 5. Build the company and Brands to be the most respectable in the East Africa Region and Identify and implementation of activities for growth in the East Africa region. 6. Responsible to deliver on the approved Budget plan with an aim to reach a business size of 300 bn TSH in the next 5 years with investments in new categories and additional lines of business for Distribution. 7. Working with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities 8. Promote the company interests in various business and trade forums. 9. Be the chief steward of the Company, ensuring the company is well positioned in the public marketplace 10. Provide high-level strategic and tactical leadership to the Board and the management team 11. Motivate a high performance, innovative and results-driven organization; will lead the team to guide them into bringing in Financial, Operations and Human resources efficiencies to ensure reduced cost of operations and improved EBITDA and profitability 12. Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved. 13. Working with the Chairman and Board of Directors, the CEO will enable the Board to fulfil all required governance functions, will develop an open and communicative relationship providing informal and formal updates on Company strategy, performance, management direction and decisions. BE / BTech along with an MBA or equivalent with 18 to 25 yrs experience in FMCG industry. 1. Strong Experience in FMCG Consumer / Personal Care Products with reputed companies 2. Number driven and target oriented. 3. Exceptionally dynamic / assertive and emotionally strong personality 4. Expected to be out in the market and Extensive traveling is required. 5. Experience in strategic planning and execution. negotiating, and channel management. 6. Ability to motivate large teams
