Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI A very successful family owned Group in Dubai is looking for a Finance Manager who can take Financial and Operational Ownership of the entire company business of Distribution as well as Retail. Location: Jebal Ali, Dubai Experience: Minimum 15 years’ of experience Should have worked with family owned business and should have reported directly to Owners/ Management. Should take Ownership & Responsibility Must have Leadership Qualities and skills Expert Financial and Operational knowledge and experience in FMCG Distribution as well as Consumer Retail. Expertise in Financial Reporting , Accounting, Budgeting, Variance Analysis, Cash Flow Management, Statutory Compliance, Corporate Tax, VAT, Audit, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Due Diligence, Establishing SOPs, Implementing SOPs, ERP Implementation, MSD Retail POS software: Tally, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Expertise in Commercially astute , Vet Contracts and Agreements, Possess good Secretarial Skills, Risk Management, Logistics Should have skills: Leadership | Management | Strategy | Communication (written as well as oral) | Systematic | Self-motivated Ability to free up CEO of all financial and backend matters while playing a strategic and advisory role to the CEO.
