Cost Control Manager/Capex Manager

Job Description : Cost Control Manager/Capex Manager with 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPCI/LNG projects. Should have experience in producing engineering and procurement cost estimates with a good understanding of the principles of cost control, estimating, management, and project reporting. Responsibilities include CAPEX procedures, producing complex cost estimates for the projects, analyzing scope of work, contract, schedule, project execution, local conditions, construction execution, financing scheme of a specific proposal and actively involved in risk review meetings to ensure accuracy of cost risk evaluation. Should be a qualified engineer. Position on a major LNG project in eastern Europe with family status.
