Job Description : BUSINESS MANAGER GUINEA FOR 2 AND 3 W 15+ years experience The ideal candidate for this position should be a passionate and dedicated professional in the field of automobile sales and marketing. They should possess a deep understanding of numbers and financial data, while also exhibiting exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have a proven track record in successfully leading and managing large sales teams. They should be adept at motivating and inspiring their team members to achieve business targets and drive overall performance. In addition, the candidate should have extensive experience in managing high volume business operations. They should possess a thorough understanding of the current Africa Auto market trends and be capable of developing innovative sales strategies, schemes, and concepts to stay ahead of the competition. Overall, this role requires a hardcore automobile sales and marketing professional who is comfortable with handling financial data, possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, and has a successful background in leading and managing large sales teams. The ideal candidate should also be experienced in managing high volume business and be capable of developing creative and effective sales strategies to ensure continuous success in the market. Sales and Marketing expertise: The candidate should be a hardcore sales and marketing professional, with a proven track record of driving business growth in the automobile industry. 2 & 3-wheeler, Commercial Vehicles, Tractors, Passenger cars, Construction / Mining Vehicles and other automotive parts & spare markets. Should possess in depth knowledge of Dealership/ Agency business module. Should have Technical background /qualification/ experience in Auto field. Should have experience to work/ deliver in challenging work environment. Qualifications: The Incumbent should be Ideally BE/ B.Tech / Diploma Engineer in Automobiles, In addition should also posses a Masters in Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing/ Finance from any Reputed University. Any other Quality certification or Industry Certification or Project Management program will be preferred.
