Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR KSA Finance Director opportunity with a regional institutional family office with global reach Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives. Accounting Oversight: Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring financial performance. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operations and initiatives. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with investors, regulators, and other stakeholders. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and development opportunities for the finance team. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum 12 years of accounting experience, with 3 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and practices. Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills. Experience in the KSA market and understanding of local business practices preferred.
