Job Description : CFO MANUFACTURING AHMEDABAD a reputed player in the manufacturing of building materials, with a legacy of over 2 decades in India. They are now looking for a strategic individual to lead the finance team. Job Description As the CFO, you would be reporting to the Managing Director. Your key responsibilities would be: · As Head of Finance, the incumbent will be part of the Leadership Team, working closely with Sales, Engineering and Operations teams in supporting company's financial operations through strategic business partnership and act as professional business partner to the Managing Director · To coordinate financial planning, rolling forecasts and further develop the organisations financial strategy · To manage financial bookkeeping and set financial reporting, customer credit management and create financial statements for statutory reporting · To ensure smooth cash management, treasury operations and bank reconciliation statements · To optimise and improve upon the current receivables and payables, credit control and billing · As part of the Leadership Team and Business Partner to the peers, the incumbent should create transparency, question the status quo and foster the development of new ideas and processes The Successful Applicant As a successful applicant, you are a Chartered Accountant with 18-25 years of post qualification experience and are currently working as CFO of a manufacturing organisation within Gujarat. Candidates from Gujarat are highly preferred. However, applications from PAN India are welcome.
