Job Description : AGM/DGM for a leading Mining and Mineral Processing Company based in Central Africa. Position : AGM/DGM Qualifications : Degree in mining and first or second class certificate is must. Exp. Required : 15 + years Salary Offer : As per industry norms Location : Central Africa/Ethopia Requirements: • Needs complete operations experience of mining industry, heading the unit or section. • Looks after complete mining plant operation of tantalum operation. • Minimum 15 years in the mining field and at least 4 years in the leading role. • Should have minimum 10 years’ experience in Tantalum or Tin mining and process plant. • Exceeding set operational targets, monitoring expenditure and performance whilst identifying opportunities for improvement to process efficiency. • Quality control of manufacturing processes and technical support for production equipment and systems.
