Job Description : FINANCE AND OPERATIONS MANAGER TANZANIA FOR PHARMA CO 15+ years experience Responsible for coordinating and monitoring overall activities of the commercial department with intra & inter-department within Tanzania and HO. Coordinate with Marketing & logistic, supply chain and Accounts & Finance department at HO regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities respectably. Perform daily activities such as coordination with banks, import related activities, etc. Analyze & submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the management for necessary action. Responsible for renewal of various license, Fire license, Group Insurance policy, Annual audit report from customs authorities. Responsible and in charge of making correspondence with local government officials through e-mail time to time regarding Export / Import documents. Organize Import / export documents to release Import / export consignment in time. Ensure co-ordination with regulatory department for product registration Inventory management and monthly physical inventory check Ensure timely up-date of code masters in Tallly ERP at HO after approval Timely delivery of MIS reports such as Customer Master, Price, Discounts, Credit Management Ensure timely closure of sales force claims like TA/DA, Incentives etc. Coordination with sales team for timely closure of claims and customers query. Sales Analysis, Sales Expenses analysis, Inventory ageing reports Coordinate for timely completion of audit under the local laws of the country Day to day recording of transactions in ERP. Monitor local and federal regulations Payment & return of Withholding Taxes and ensure on-time filing of returns i.e monthly and annually. Statutory compliance with Government regulations as may be required from time to time
