Candidate should have good communication skills. The Sales Head will be responsible for generating overall sales of the company and managing the sales teams. Manage Sales projects with respect to numbers, clarity on scope of supply target in maximum level of customer satisfaction while achieving maximum profit margins for the company. Desired Candidate Profile Self reliant, good problem solver, results oriented. Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
