Job Description : PHARMA MARKETING MANAGER KENYA 1. Candidate will be based at Nairobi, Africa and will be responsible for handling Marketing /PMT function of Chronic - Cardio Diabeto segment with reputed pharma company. 2. Candidate will drive overall development and execution of the East Africa marketing plans for Chronic Therapies mainly Cardio Diabeto segment 3. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in Acute therapies specially Antibacterial , Gastro, Anti allergics segment. 4. He will get the Execution of designed marketing strategies through Field Force, Scientific Business Managers (SBM) and follow up with managers across EA. Rolling out the strategies to the Field. Force of each country. 5.Candidate will work closely with sales team to understand market trends and needs, equip them with promo tools to engage with customers. 6. He/she will Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization. 7. He/she is responsible for Customers oriented campaign & special activities for Chronic products - Cardio Diabeto . 8. Candidate provide clear Marketing strategies to build Brands in EA Within the defined and approved Marketing budget, the role is required to spend accordingly. 9. Field Work to review & evaluate strategy implementation. 10. Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy. 11. You should have good experience in managing & marketing team in PMT to achieve business objective. 12.Travel widely to work in field with sales and marketing team in the assigned geographical region. 1. B. Pharma or B.sc and MBA in Marketing , 10 - 15 yrs in the Indian pharmaceutical industry, Sales and Marketing out of 4 - 5 yrs as Group Product Manager/ Sr. Group Product Manager / Marketing Manager handling Chronic segment - Cardio Diabeto for international marketing based at Nirobi, Africa HQ . 2. He/ She should be creative, innovative & effective in man management. 3. He/ She should have good knowledge of Chronic Therapies mainly Cardio Diabeto segment. 4. He / She should be strong in understanding of the pharmaceutical market landscape in India, particularly in relation to Cardio Diabetic products. 5. He/ She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands. 6. You should be good in selection, training and development of PMT Members.
