Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER or COUPLE for a group of exclusive Camps in Tanzania. The position is Arusha based The Country Manager/Couple will be required to consistently deliver results that will contribute to the overall success of the Lodges in Tanzania by accomplishing performance objectives linked to improving business revenues, improving business effectiveness and efficiencies, and improving the value of each lodge’s products and services to its guests. There will be an overall responsibility for new developments, new projects, including the Head Office team Requirements General Management experience working at upmarket Lodges in East Africa with experience in the following- Lodge Operations | Revenue Management | Financial Management | Quality Management | Standard Policies and Procedures | Marketing | Business Development | Community Development Relevant Tertiary Education is essential for work permits Excellent track record with contactable references Salary – Maximum $7 000pm gross
