Requirements: · 10-15years of related work experience · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or CFA designation preferred. · Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in consulting or services. · Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards. · Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. · Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and decision-making. · Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members. · Attention to detail, high accuracy, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
