Job Description : VP PLANT MANAGER VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) Vice Plant Manager has just come available in an international manufacturing company in electronics manufacturing industry. Our client offer Vice Plant Manager opportunity to assist and take on Plant Manager's responsibilities when required. The position shall lead operations activities in the company. Supervise operations to meet corporate objectives in production, quality, technical aspects, logistics, and trade compliance Collaborate with department managers to plan and manage cost-effective manufacturing Coordinate operations between main facility and satellite locations Ensure products meet quality and quantity standards while minimising costs Uphold company's quality principles Others as assigned To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English. Minimum 10 years working experience with at least four years in management level Fluent English, excellent communication Education background of Bachelor/ Master in Engineering: Mechanical, Electronics, Electromechanical or similar Flexible for relocation, advanced problem solving, critical thinking
