Job Description : GM AUTO SALES THAILAND ( OPEN TO EXPATS) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Sales to lead our sales team and drive the success of our Sales and after service part. You will be working closely with the MD to help set up the new dealer branch in Bangkok. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits. Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives Collaborate with management teams to leverage best practices and contribute to the global success of the brand To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus Proven experience in automotive sales leadership, particularly in electric vehicles Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of the automotive market in Thailand Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Fluency in English and Thai
