Job Description : DIRECTOR OF MOLDING PARAGUAY ( multi site operations) Open to CIPET qualified Indians or Bachelors Degree is needed 20++ years as a Plant Manager over at least 100 employees along with 1-2+ years managing multiple manufacturing facilities :r Experience with either Blow or Injection Molded products is needed— Having thorough technical/engineering knowledge is highly preferred. r Continuous Improvement mindset and strong technical knowledge of molding presses, processes, and related equipment. r Ability to train & develop technical staff with a focus on succession planning Must be a Spanish speaker
