Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Description : FP& A MANAGER SINGAPORE FOR E COMMERCE The business is scaling fast and they're looking for a passionate FP&A Manager to grow the team. As a FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis of the operations within the APAC region and be involved in the business reviews for the APAC business. As a key business partner supporting the senior management and cross functional teams, you will provide analysis to support any strategic business decisions, develop and manage models, scenario analysis and any ad-hoc analysis when required. You will spearhead and strengthen internal control, conduct analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiatives. You will also have the ability to effectively analyse and communicate financial results and provide insight analysis to the business to support effective decision making with the various stakeholders. The Successful Applicant You should be a degree qualified & CA/CPA with at least 6-9 years of post-graduation experience, ideally starting out in a Big 4 firm followed by commercial experience. Experience in a start-up / e-commerce platforms environment is beneficial for this position. You should possess the ability to thrive within a start-up environment, lead a team, influence and communicate finance concepts to diverse business partners across locations.
