Job Description : Operation Head INDIA Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Head who will be responsible for leading and optimizing all operational activities in India, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. This role will involve managing teams, driving process improvements and contributing to the company's growth and profitability. Requirements: - Take responsibility jointly with the Head of Process Excellence for overseeing the entire Technical and Production team. Be accountable for the entire execution of orders and achieving key performance indicators established by the management. To work in tremendous joint coordination in order to achieve same. - The running of all the unit/s functioning and operation from availability of resources, timely planning, effective production, no compromise on quality and competitive cost so as to ensure optimal profitability of the factory. 15 to 20 years of relevant professional experience in Operations in India, preferably in an Automobile manufacturing organization - Master degree in any field - Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar qualifications in quality control and management. - Maintain and monitor the ongoing Factory Evaluation to ensure the compliance of technical capability and product safety practices at suppliers meeting requirements. Salary: Upto 80 LPA
