Job Description : Sr GM / VP Finance (CA/ICWA) Location: Chennai Experience: 20 - 25 yrs Education : Chartered Accountant (CA) , ICWA qualification with post 20 + years experience Responsibilities : 1. Work with Director- Finance and company secretary to efficiently manage entire Finance and accounts. 2. Facilitate business opportunities based on economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements. 3. Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives 4. Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings, management team, and rest of company 5. Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities (ex: IFRS, IND-AS, companies act, GST, Income tax, customs, factories act, labor laws, etc)
