Drive management decisions, budgeting, project oversight for fast paced, large projects Spearhead initiatives for business development, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive growth Foster a work environment prioritizing the safety and health of the team Team development, mentorship within the department Oversee projects and ensure profitability and completion to plan Support and develop operations metrics for CI throughout the business Senior leadership experience overseeing business operations in an industrial environment preferred. Experience leading and developing high performing teams. Experience in relationship management and working effectively with vendors and customers Salary - $190-210,000 base, plus Bonus
