Job Description : GM OPERATIONS FOR DAIRY PROCESSING ZAMBIA 20+ years experience Plan and ensure necessary contingency plans are in place to handle any eventualities. Coordinate team activities to optimize cost performance of the plant through capital investment programmes, optimizing operating working capital usage and minimizing waste through the development of a continuous improvement culture encompassing lean principles and clear strategic development. Responsible for ensuring the Business Continuity Plan is current and that regular drills are conducted with a view to maintaining the continuity of Encore in the event of an emergency. Direct, maintain and enforce safety programs for all equipment and personnel and review safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all plant employees. Process optimization Performance Management, Sales & Marketing, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management Desired Candidate Profile Leading and motivating the sales team. Recruiting, training and monitoring staff. Candidate should have experience in operation department. Should be active & smart. Negotiating with corporate clients. Communicating and providing MIS to the management Ability to Train, Manage and Extract performance from Staff Experience in managing end to end Operations with cost responsibilities.
