Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO NIGERIA seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The CFO will act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and senior executive leadership team, driving the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of our business. Key Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. - Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and group accounting procedures. - Drive digital transformation in the finance function for efficiency and effectiveness. - Manage cash flow, investments, and treasury functions. - Ensure adherence to tax laws and optimization strategies. - Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Requirements: - Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent). - Minimum 15 years of financial management experience, with at least 10 years in a senior managerial role. - Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with the African market (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya) is essential. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
