General Manager Sales 

Job Description : GM FMCG SALES ZAMBIA General Manager (GM) - Sales with over 15 years of experience to join their team. As the GM Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve the organization's growth objectives. You will build strong customer relationships, foster a high-performing sales culture, and drive revenue growth across Zambia and regional markets. Your key responsibilities will include achieving all performance metrics related to sales volume, market share, revenue, costs, and operating profit. You will also implement performance indicators to identify and address revenue leaks and improve operational efficiency. You will support Directors with strategic inputs on business growth and define/implement operational policies. Additionally, you will provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to senior management, including functional leaders and heads. As the GM Sales, you will resolve complex challenges and present solutions to the Directors. You will foster a collaborative and high-performing sales culture and ensure all programs and departments meet short-term and long-term budget goals. Finally, you will track and report on agency performance against budget and business objectives.
