Senior Director Human Resources

Job Description : SR DIRECTOR HR - MUMBAI* *COMPANY - E-COMMERCE* *CTC - UPTO 80-90 LAKHS P.A.* Professionally qualified pref from Premier Institutes experiences ranging from 20 to 25 years ( not beyond this range as requested by the client) from a large Ecommerce/BPO/ Telecom/ Services /FMCG / Finance NBFC background. Must have managed large workforce size in the current or previous role. Good Exposure to Corporate HR, HR Strategy, Budgets, Polices and Process, Talent mgmt, Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, OD, L&D, PMS, Change Management and a strategic HR Leadership role reporting to the CHRO. Must have been working in a senior leadership/ Corporate HR role as VP/Director atleast in the last five years with good stability in career. All these criteria mentioned are most important for this role. *Candidates drawing CTC Less than 65 Lacs need not apply.*
