Job Description : Senior Director Manufacturing & Operations: BRAZIL Role is open to candidates of all nationalities who are eligible for work visa and come with 25+ years experience one of North Americas largest packed food producers are moving into the RTD/RTE sectors in Brazil. After acquiring in 2023 a major branded fresh foods meats business the company are looking for a transformational, Re-structuring ops manufacturing director who can deliver the business goals and move the operations to a major size premises by June 2024. The profile we are looking for is a hands on Factory operations leader who has led multiple plants, multiple product lines and product SKU's. Has managed large scale moves and streamlined the process and efficiency. Leading a team of 100 FTE this is a critical role for the company to drive their products into the foodsercice, HORECA and retail space. Salary $250,000
