Finance Head

Job Description : HEAD OF CORPORATE FINANCE INDONESIA ( OPEN TO EXPS Reporting to the business leaders, you will contribute in driving profitable and sustainable growth within the organisation, aligning with the group's strategic objectives. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the formulation and execution of effective investment plans, while maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder management and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement the overall financial strategy aligned with the company's objectives and long-term vision Analyse market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and risks for the organisation Collaborate with executive leadership to define financial goals and objectives Capital Structure Optimisation: Evaluate capital needs and assess various financing options including debt, equity, and hybrid instruments Optimise the capital structure to minimise the cost of capital while maintaining an appropriate level of financial flexibility Manage relationships with external stakeholders including banks, investors, and financial institutions Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities Provide insights and analysis on financial performance, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making Develop financial models and scenarios to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and business decisions Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures: Identify potential merger and acquisition targets or divestiture opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy Conduct financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and negotiation support for M&A transactions Develop integration plans and oversee post-merger integration activities to achieve synergies and maximise value creation To succeed in this Head of Corporate Finance role, you will need strong technical skills including industry/business/financial analysis, valuation and financial modelling skills. Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage 15 years of experience in a related sector (finance, private equity, venture capital, tech, and/or management consulting) Fluency in English and Bahasa Passion for the digital industry, investments and entrepreneurship Strong communicator and fast learner with a very strong work ethic Analytical and well-versed in constructing logical arguments to defend thesis and point of view
