Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description : FMCG SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER GABON Description Main missions: This position includes the aspects of the sales & marketing for the Retail, Industrial and Wholesale sectors. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will: · be responsible for the development of the department (marketing plans, business development and sales achievement) · be in charge of the annual business plan and presenting it to the management · have to manage a Sales team (recruitment, development, goals, achievement of the fixed objectives, coaching, train when needed, etc) · be responsible for meeting the clients’ needs and expectations · have to develop strong distributorship, relationship & network to increase sales volumes · have to increase sales results: forecasts, market shares per commmercial, volumes, revenues, margins, etc. · be responsible for the budget, investments and expenses of the department Requirements: · University degree or equivalent in a relevant field · You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a distribution company as a Sales and Marketing Manager, Area Manager, a Territory Manager, Marketing/shop/food and services, etc. · You have strong negotiation skills and a Team Leader personality · You are sales & customer satisfaction focus. · You speak fluently French & English.
