Job Description : CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER INDIA India's one of the fastest growing chemical manufacturing company, based out of Mumbai. They are looking to hire a chief strategy officer. Job Description Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for: Work with the CEO and the leadership to develop the annual and 5-year strategy for the company. Translate company strategy into segment wise strategy along with annual initiatives, scorecards, implementation plans, etc. Provide incubation support to the new segments entered and handhold them till they achieve maturity. Assess business opportunities for diversification or expansion. Assess business opportunities for strategic alliances and manage the integration plans. Engage stakeholders, external consultants, and experts for strategy formulation, technology identification, and implementation for identified projects. Develop expertise in the team in critical functions such as market intelligence, project planning and execution, creating strategy, business cases, etc. The Successful Applicant MBA or post-graduate from a reputed management institute At least 15-20 years of experience Experience in strategy planning as well as execution Experience working on debottlenecking projects and ops excellence projects Exposure to 3+ industries in your professional career. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills Existing compensation ranges from 80L to 1.3 Cr/annum, including all salary components.
