Unit Head Finance and Accounts

Job Description : UNIT HEAD FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS DUBAI Unit Head - Finance and Accounts (Manufacturing) - Lead the Finance & Accounts department. - Accounting: overview of day to day accounting, periodical reporting, financial statement, Audit, Analyses and Management reporting etc. - Banking: Day to day liaison with the banks, Procuring and handling credit facilities, compliances, KYC, Opening / operating accounts, Overseas transactions, etc. - Finance: daily/ weekly/ monthly cash flow, Projections, variance analyses. - Budgeting: Revenue, Expenses, capital expenses budgeting and control. - Compliances: Ensuring statutory, secretarial and tax compliance - Risk Mitigation: Mitigating currency/ floating interest risk by doing following appropriate hedging policies. - Internal Control: Ensuring compliance of financial policies and internal control systems - Project accounting: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management - Interaction with other group companies / offices in different jurisdictions. Required Candidate profile Qualification And Experience: 1. CA with post qualification experience of 10+ years out of which at least 3-5 years should be on a senior position in a medium/ large organisation in a Manufacturing / EPC/ Power /Mining and oil & Gas sector will be an added advantage. 2. Full spectrum of accounting and finance experience, including M&A accounting and complex multi-currency consolidations 3. Experience with large-scale ERP systems 4. You possess an excellent understanding of Finance, both controllership and strategic roles. You are strong with operational accounting 5. You will have excellent executive presence with a track record of leading teams and liaising with board of directors. 6. An extremely hands on corporate finance leader with a stable career path is a must. 7. Should be able to handle commercial matters with good communication skills
