Plant Manager

Job Description : INJECTION MOLDING PLANT MANAGER PLASTIC PRODUCTS TANZANIA CIPET/BS/BA Degree preferred but having the experience is the key 10-12+ years manufacturing plastic molded products along with 5-7+ yrs. as a Plant Manager overseeing 70-80+ employees on multiple shifts. Preference to Blow or Injection Molding, or similar for Packaging Products but will consider other molding processes Hands-on experience in Quality and/or Process Engineering capacity familiar with GMP's, QC-Instrumentation/Test measures, and molding processes. Detail oriented with strong work ethics practicing a hands-on Servant Leadership style with good people skills able to lead others with multiple personalities and backgrounds.
