Senior Operations Manager

Job Description : SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER UAE 15-20 years experience Engineering degree Oil and gas industry The Manager works closely with the management team, providing technical communication and follow-up across the Company departments and to external third parties (as required) ensuring effective leadership for implementation of strategic objectives such as annual Work Program and Budgets, overall implementation of oilfield operations, reporting requirements, and building the systems required for efficient project execution. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: • Communicate Senior Executive direction to a substantial program, portfolio of programs, or portfolio of functions across the Company including strategic oilfield development planning. Tasks may include contract or budget implementation, and monitoring and evaluating performance outcomes to contribute to achievement of Company objectives and outcomes. • Communicate and supervise, as per the directions of Management, the implementation of strategic operational plans and decisions, and participate as a member of the Executive, to achieve the corporate objectives and outcomes. • Deputize for the General Manager during periods of absence, and in relation to specific matters, issues or elements of business operation as delegated from time to time by the Management, ensuring a consistency of approach and decisions which align with the Company's objectives. • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and nurture effective communication with strategic partnerships. • Take the lead role for the improvement and implementation of strong HSE discipline and updating the EIA for the blocks. • Focus on cost and timeline of project execution according to international standard.
