Commercial Manager

Job Description : Commercial Manager with background in Facilities Management (FMA). QATAR Candidates must have the following criteria: > Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Accounting or equivalent > Minimum 15 years working experience in commercial contracts or holding key management position > FMA experience is highly required > Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities > Perfect command of spoken and written English > Ability to perform the Marketing aspect of the Facility Management > Good presentation skills > RICS, MRICS or equivalent qualified. > Experience of Contract Types including FIDIC > GCC experience preferred but not essential Locally available in Doha candidates will be in priority.
