Job Description : Manager / Senior Manager (HOD) – Engineering MAHARATSRA Qualification – BE – Mechanical or B.Tech – Mechanical Experience – 25 to 30 yrs Duties and responsibilities are as listed below, but are not limited to Independently handle, execute all Engineering procedures as per SOP and carry out assigned responsibilities – 1. As an engineering head, the incumbent would be expected to strategize lead all functional teams (electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, civil), deliver on engineering specific forecasting needs and overall plant operations. 2. Lead the engineering capex, opex and other budgetary norms to ensure smooth execution and operation of the plant and achieve technological and process advancements for operational efficiency. 3. Lead and deliver on engineering projects, resource optimizations, utility and maintenance operations, while adhering to timelines, cost and quality. 4. Ensuring SOP adherence and policy compliance, inspections and testing for smooth plant operations. 5. Erection, commissioning, and testing of various machinery & system as per specifications. 6. Energy and power consumption with focus on carbon footprint will be crucial. 7. Ensure collaborative working. 8. Ensure all safety precautions and team development.
