Job Description : Head of Human Resources DUBAI Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to lead the human resources function for our client's automotive operations in Dubai. The Head of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the company's growth objectives. Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives and values. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters. Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for all levels of staff, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires. Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations activities, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes. Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices. Learning and Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career progression. Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development based on organizational goals and objectives. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, and employee welfare initiatives. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices to attract and retain top talent. HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll processing, HRIS management, and record-keeping, to ensure accuracy and compliance. Implement HR systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in Dubai. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
