Finance Manager

Job Description : RETAIL FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI This role will take ownership of all financial management and financial reporting aspects within the business entity, to deliver both, strong accounting processes to generate accurate financial statements and reporting controls aligned to IFRS. The Finance Manager will also take ownership of inventory and project-based accounting, with a view to developing strong management reports across the portfolio and any projects within the development pipeline. This role also extends to areas of financial analysis in the support of commercial reviews, market oversight and any product development. About you To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be a qualified professional Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with a demonstrable track record, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience, across financial management and reporting-based positions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid insight into the retail sector and its dynamics within the regional markets whilst also being able to develop strong reporting controls across all aspects of the business cycle. In support of the marketing and sales aspect, the Finance Manager shall be well-versed in strong management reporting and planning-based capabilities to manage areas of demand planning and cost efficiencies.
