Job Description : CFO THAILAND Your main responsibility is to to support a large, complex business unit with both local and regional remit. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to overhaul group systems and processes. The primary responsibilities entail facilitating business expansion initiatives, ensuring financial stability, and driving overall organisational success. Develops financial well-being of the organisation by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff. Develops finance organisational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organisational objectives Set up and review accounting/finance policy and process in order to comply with compliance and regulations What you bring: To success in this CFO Role, you must possess a strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record in strategic financial planning. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. An MBA or CPA qualification is highly preferred Minimum of 10 years in a CFO or equivalent role Experience in optical Lens or medical device industry is a significant advantage Exceptional leadership and management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders Good command of English (verbal and written)
