Job Description : SENIOR TREASURY MANAGER MAURITIUS A Multinational Health Company based in Mauritius is actively seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to join their team. The Treasury Manager will provide complete oversight of treasury operations, including managing cash forecasting, liquidity, funding, treasury reporting and foreign exchange. Reviewing, analysing, and ensuring timely reporting for Treasury functions, including scrutinising reporting variances and assessing inter company loans. Preparing covenant calculations, managing requests from banks, and creating presentations for banking purposes. Maintain the business's debt profile and prepare documentation for committee meetings while driving automation initiatives and overseeing debt facilities. Executing Foreign Exchange Transactions within the Exchange Control framework and staying informed about local regulatory and liquidity conditions in operational countries. Responsible for making recommendations and implementing new Treasury processes, leading cash forecasting activities, and collaborating with affiliates to enhance forecast reliability. Prepare a comprehensive overview of cash inflows and outflows to facilitate effective cash allocation, as well as generate cash flow statements for various stakeholders. Close collaboration with affiliates and cash managers is necessary to hedge foreign exchange exposures and include new transactions while ensuring compliance with exchange control regulations across the Group. Managing a team of two analysts and addressing ad hoc requests from the Group CFO. Bachelor's degree is Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master of Business Administration or Charted Financial Analyst preferred) Strong numerical proficiency Operate within a rapidly evolving and unpredictable setting, making quick decisions are essential, amidst a fast-paces and dynamic environment Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of successfully managing teams.
