Job Description : OPERATIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER MALAYSIA An exciting Manager, Infrastructure and Operations (Manufacturing) job has just become available at one of the leading manufacturing companies based in Kuala Lumpur. About the Manager, Infrastructure and Operations (Manufacturing) Role: In this business critical role, you will be part of the regional team in leading the infrastructure and operations scope within APAC region. Key Responsibilities: Work with regional, local and outsourced IT teams to ensure strong delivery of end-user services Manage and lead vendors and ensure their high performance and quality delivery as per agreed SLA Oversee activity and responsibility of local IT team Respond to any escalated high level service delivery and ITSM issues. Analyse the areas for improvement with propose for solution delivery Define and review reports to ensure all services are completely and successfully delivered To succeed in this Manager, Infrastructure and Operations (Manufacturing) role, you are required to be equipped with regional IT infra experience, leading complex projects and operations and strong industrial exposure. Bachelor's degree in IT At least 10 years' experience within IT infrastructure and operations Strong technical skills with core infrastructure concepts and managing infrastructure projects Strong exposure within ITSM and ITAM scope ITIL, MCSE, MCSP, MCSD, or any relevant infrastructure/operations certification is a plus The successful candidate will join a company whose expertise has made it a leader in its field.
