Accounts and Finance Head

Job Description : Accounts & Finance Head Location - UAE Experience – 15+ Years Qualifications – Chartered Accountant Group Dealing in – Metals Like – Copper / Brass / Lead / Tin etc. Salary – Negotiable Skill Set for Finance and Accounts:- o Formulating annual operating plan / budget o Conceptualizing and developing business / financial plans for new initiatives, commercial functions to enable achievement of financial and profitability objectives as per organizational goals o Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine variation between projected figures and actual income/expenditure and taking corrective actions o Compliance with tax laws, service tax and other laws; IT/VAT assessment and appeals o Forex risk assessment and management o Managing joint ventures, takeovers and other related aspects o Introducing and implement finance and accounting costing systems and ensuring that they meet with the overall company objectives and requirements o Monitoring usage of funds and rotation of funds within companies o Timely analysis of debtors, creditors, suppliers balances o Establishing audit scopes, objectives and develop audit work programs that focus on high risk areas impacting businesses and/or enterprise o Investigate and report on high level compliance issues and recommend effective business solutions o Ensuring and coordinating for timely completion of audits as per company policy. Provide support to remove constraints in maintaining online accounting and book keeping o Review of contracts i.e., sales and purchase contracts o Review of monthly financial statements
